2.2 Availability & Pricing

All items, including those in Brands We Love, are subject to availability. We may limit quantities. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sale prices are valid for the specified period.

3.1 Placing an Order

Adding that Pashmina or pair of Glasses to your cart is an invitation to dance, not a binding order. Your order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies, or inventory issues.

3.2 Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods to keep your checkout smooth: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

• You authorize us to charge the total amount (including shipping and taxes) to your selected payment method.
• Your card may be authorized at the time of order, but the charge is finalized when your order ships.

For international orders to festival lovers worldwide (excluding restricted areas), you are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. • Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping Methods: We offer Standard (DHL/FedEx) and Free (EMS) shipping. Delivery times vary by method and destination.
• Shipping Destinations: We ship globally but cannot currently ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia.
• Risk of Loss: Once the carrier has your package, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to you. Keep that tracking number safe!
• Delivery Issues: If there’s a problem with delivery, you must contact the carrier directly. We’ll provide reasonable support.

We stand by our gear. Our full Returns & Exchanges policy applies, with these key legal points:

5.1 Return Window & Conditions

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. Some items (Hats & Hair with broken seals, Glasses & Goggles without film, Final Sale items) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

5.2 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of our approval, plus bank processing time. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.3 Your Obligations

You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless we made an error) and for ensuring the item arrives back at our hub in Philadelphia. Use a trackable service!
