Our 15-day return policy is designed for peace of mind, so you can shop our Best Sellers, Brands We Love, and exclusive Sets with total confidence.

📦 The Basics: What You Need to Know

  • ⏱️ Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • ✅ Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. They should be in the same condition you received them—ready to light up another dance floor.
  • 📝 Required: Your original order number and a completed return request (see template below!).
  • 🚫 Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, Hats & Hair accessories (if the hygiene seal is broken), and Glasses & Goggles (if the protective film is removed) cannot be returned. All sales on final sale items marked “Final Sale” are also final.
  • 💸 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service.

🔄 Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our Vibe Crew at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Use our template below to make it super easy!
  2. Get Your RMA & Instructions: We’ll review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please do not send anything back without this RMA.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include all tags, and place the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship It Back: Send your package to our hub:

  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our crew will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. We’ll email you as soon as the process is complete.

💳 Refunds: Timing & Methods

We aim to refund the magic (aka your money) as quickly as the beat drops.

  • Timing: After we approve your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Please note it may then take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Method: All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Amount: You will be refunded the full item price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Store Credit: If you choose store credit, an electronic gift card will be emailed to you immediately upon approval.

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we will contact you with options for a different item or a refund.
